What is AguaColors?

AguaColors is a swimwear company that focuses on creating unique waterproof fabric which changes color when exposed to the sun. We aim to bring the latest technology to the fashion world with our fashion-forward designs.

What type of swimwear products do you offer?

AguaColors offers a range of high quality, uniquely designed swimwear for women, men, and children. Our swimwear products are made with the latest in color-changing technology and comes in a variety of styles including bikinis, one-pieces, and bucket hats.

Does AguaColors have a physical store?

No, AguaColors is an online company and currently does not have a physical store.

How do I make sure I order the right size?

Please refer to the size guide in the product page's description tab! 

How do I care for my AguaColors swimwear?

To ensure the best performance of your AguaColors swimwear, we recommend regular handwashing in cold water with a mild detergent and air drying. If you would like to use a dryer we recommend drying on low heat. Do not use bleach or fabric softener.

Where do you ship to and what shipping options are available?

We offer worldwide shipping! We offer free standard shipping (5-7 business days) on all orders of $50 or more within the United States. For domestic orders less than $50, shipping charges will be calculated and applied at checkout.

For international orders, no free shipping is offered at this time and shipping charges will be calculated and applied at checkout.

We also offer expedited shipping (2-3 business days) for an additional fee of $25 for domestic orders. For international orders, shipping charges are set at checkout.

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped from our fulfillment center in the US. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays may take up to 3 business days to be processed.

How will I know if my order is confirmed?

After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us to confirm that your orders have been received. However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved and billing and delivery address is verified. Alternatively, you may check the status of your order in “My Account” if you are a registered user.

What should I do if I never receive my order?

Please contact us immediately if you do not receive your order within 1 week of placing it (not applicable to pre-orders), or if no tracking number is provided within 72 hours of placing your order (not applicable to pre-orders).

What if my product does not change color?
